Every things as usal but there is internal work politics which polluted the work enviroment. HR policies no so good, main things duty entry time..which is 8.10am , if you getting late by a few seconds it will be considered as 1 day late, where you work whole day its doesnt matter. After 3 days late deducted 1 day salary from your salary.
