Working at Alcor has been a wonderful experience! I feel very supported and know that if I ever need anything I can ask, and I will always get the support that I need. My favorite part about working for Alcor is the people, who are all extremely talented and kind individuals.

Its been more than 4 years in this company and every day has been worth it. Alcor is a place for people, who wants to work and grow and re ready for the growth and learning challenges thrown at them. The only people that does not like to work with Alcor are the ones that does not believe in working hard for their Goals

There are separate Technical and Consultant Hierarchies which makes it easier for employees to grow and track their progress. Employees are respected and they feel valued and appreciated. In Alcor you can find two types of people, 1. Who are associated with the company for a longer period of time, who are satisfied and can keep pace with the opportunities and growth. 2. Who cannot keep pace with the growth and their performance is easily visible in front of the other team members and then they crib about the company. Mostly people are working from home. But its good that they visit office from time to time for team meetup and party !

It is an amazing place to work with flexible work hours. The team members, senior leadership, and the operations team are really supportive. The best part is you get the remote working option and there is no micromanagement.
