Work Place Nature of Environment is overall good. Colleagues and Directors are friendly and helpful to communicate in case of any situation. I have learnt some new things from which I have gain more Knowledge eg. like Tender. Company pays salary on time. There are benefits given by company like LTA, Bonus. Thanks.

Management or Directors they are worst, they don't follow their own company rules and policies, every week there is new rules and policies we have to forces fully follow in this company. In the interview they mention that you will be eligible for leaves and bonus after one year, and in the month of September I completed my 1 year in this company, and when I ask for my bonus and leaves, they sad as per policy you have to wait 240 days after getting permanent, Now my 240 days are completed, then they said that your 240 days are completed this month of the year so you will get your bonus and leave next year in the month of April 2023. This means that Evey new year when I get my bonus and leave in this company it won't be the current year bonus and leave it will be my previous year bonus and leaves this is so wrong and unfair this also means this guy's eats your own money which you worked hard for. The Directors in this company are very greedy and selfish they don't care about their own employee, One more new rules if you get 20 or 30 mins late to come to office your half days salary will be cuts off. and every employee should follow this rules. Good Company but hides all u r details as if ex employee and the new employee will have a riot between them 😂 Management is not good they hire u and does not give offer letter while joining no CTC bifurcation, even they deduct security deposit (Rs-2000) from your CTC. is it a bank ? Working staff is 10/10 Management sucks!
