I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. All salary, benefits are paid on time, all F&F settlements, certificates, credentials, are immediate and hassle free, all details are maintained in portal and accessible, not hidden, never need to run from pillar to post for anything. True and truthful multinational organization.

Dislikes

Seniors and bosses are pathetic, apparently inclined to buttering, financial goof-ups, regionalism, creeds etc, non team builders. Must be careful
