Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your review. The organization uses a rating method to grade employees and while employee's individual performance is the key deciding factor for salary hikes, department performance as well as Company's overall performance also influence the appraisal percentages for the year. To counter exceptional skews, if any, we also work out salary-corrections to bring employees at par with industry standards for that role. Would also like to add that with no standardization in the way Comp & Bens are being offered in the industry today, it has become difficult to set a right number for any role. At the same time, we do understand your concern and yes we are looking to bridge the gaps wherever we can. <> Best wishes, Human Resources.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your feedback. It is good to know that you have a positive outlook about the organization. Someone with a positive outlook keeps focus only on what IS working well. We know there will always be areas of improvement and we do appreciate an honest feedback coming in, that can help us become better and in the process help the organization evolve. Every review is important and we appreciate your time to send in one. <> It is good to know that you have a positive outlook about the organisation you are working with. <> Unfortunately for you, the timimgs posed a challenge and we are sorry about that. Supporting clients that are in the US / Europe regions, has made us set up office timings that start later in the day. It is better than making employees stretch beyond their regular hours since many meetings / discussions get set up in the late evening hours. On the other hand, and fortunately for some, these times work well because they have morning hours available to them to complete many of their personal work and responsibilities. <> Best wishes <> Thanks & regards!
