Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your feedback. We understand where you are coming from. However, growth is a relative term. Alacrity is a services company. We serve the needs of our clients. Some departments have processes that are mechanical and transactional because that is what the client wants us to do. At the same time, there are other departments that handle such clients who have outsourced processes that need attention to detail, accuracy, creativity, out-of-the-box thinking etc. Your role in Content Management was more of the transactional kind. Your counter parts would be Content Writers, roles that thrive on creativity. The key is whether you at the time of hiring were found suitable for transactional roles or creative roles. <> Having answered your question, would like to go back to our start point of growth being relative. The employees in Content Management teams hold roles like QAs, Supervisors, Leads and can later onto Managerial roles. Sounds like growth to us, may be not to you. <> We suggest you to please check job descriptions clearly before you take up new roles in new setups. They usually describe everything. <> All the best! Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your review. The organization uses a rating method to grade employees and while employee's individual performance is the key deciding factor for salary hikes, department performance as well as Company's overall performance also influence the appraisal percentages for the year. To counter exceptional skews, if any, we also work out salary-corrections to bring employees at par with industry standards for that role. Would also like to add that with no standardization in the way Comp & Bens are being offered in the industry today, it has become difficult to set a right number for any role.
