There is nothing I I like in this poor company. It's worst to work in such highly uncultured environment. There is no growth for hard working & honest employees.

Dislikes

Senior management is not going through or solving problems what is actually happening. Some of the members making use of management. There is no growth in terms of learning. No job security as they have use & throw policy. Salary is normal & no hope of apprisal even u worked hard & shown profit. Both horses & donkeys counted in the same list. For short term & freshers it's OK but not for seniors

Truly nothing, as its culture is extremely bad. The owners & Senior management is just not capable to run the company in a profitable way because of their poor knowledge and EGO.

Dislikes

Poor attitude of the senior management towards its employees. There were hardly any freedom to express your ideas and feelings. Company used to seize your passport as soon as you land in Oman and retains it in their custody so that you don't flee if you don't like to work there. Although several Indians and other nationals are working there just like a slave.
