Excellent support from Top Management.

Dislikes

Middle level management to make comfortable with last low level staff and worker. It is almost acting like indian companies. The attitude of middle level management to be changed and improved.

Work Details

Initially i start with such mess place. Though It was given short span of time, i succeed with the area to a notable standard. I never feel to work for long hours, it may be noticed by superior or not, i was keep on going with my responsibilities.
