Likes

Working here is like being with family. Team spirit is good. All are very supportive and encouraging. Proper guidelines are given at the time of need. It's pleasure working in such environment.

Haven't got any point to dislike about the school.

A place where hardwork, commitment and passion is recognised and rewarded. There is crystal clear clarity in every matter. A good working environment that does not let weeds of negativity grow.

Dislikes

Cant think about anything . I love my work place.

Work Details

I have grown in this school from a junior level to a very senior level. The management trusts its employees and supports them wherever possible. I am involved in the planning , execution and supervision of junior and senior levels.

The best part I like is that here we work as a team. The management is kind enough to give us certain relaxation after accomplishment of a very tiring task. The colleagues are cooperative and helpful.

Dislikes

The salary is comparatively less according to the work pressure.

It is hectic but there is a self satisfaction after completion of the task because it gives a very high moral boost.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
