Providing Mask and sanitizer to all employees, educating people about personal hygienic. Project camp base employees are not allowed to go out side the camp for personal reasons, they only will be taken to the construction site by company transport the return back to the camp.

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable.
