Vietnam,china, UAE, Saudi Arabia, egypt , maleshiya, indonesia, Philippines, Algeria and etc And working environment is very challenging and learning...And we are also following performance appraisal policy

Actually,there is no job security,/satisfaction and carrier growth and they don't follow any performance appraisal policy also,these are the few reasons that i feel sometimes...and another big reason is that company working in a unorganized environment...
