Salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Poor HR policies, Bonus, apprasial, unnecessary work pressure comes because others are not working as per procedures. Will not get NOC even if you complete contract. Policies are depending with person to person.

Al haditha company all site are good to work except CCED site. These work mainly on upstream pipeline and the best part I learn to mannge manpower only. It's good for fresher only

No good planning for work execution No give important of our skills No higher authority takes responsibility of work execution No body rest within a month n doing continuous work without overtime for staff members
