Even if we make errors, there wont be much penalties or any other issues compared to other companies.Also majority of employees are from India, and especially from kerala which in turn makes emoloyees from same place more comfortable .

Dislikes

Lack of growth as majority of managers are not young and they don't like implementing new ideas and they consider only those who act as they work and they dont care about hardworking employees. Especially this happens in Aftersales dept,Spare parts.
