Company has undergone recent facelift and trying to capture new projects as the financial position was very bad due to share holders clash. Limited career and salary growth due to this. No Effective measures taken by the senior management (Austrailian firm CIMIC) to bring back to good olden days so far. But salary is coming within 1-5 days difference.
