I like my company , so that is why I still working at this company ... all projects for this company it's very special , the employees respect each other & this is the most thing I like in my company , I worked with this company many places in our country & we faced many challenges...

The work pressure is very high & do alot of things it's not your job without overtime hours work.

I learned alot of things at this company , I know my job it's so hard but that good to improve my shelf. I like in this company the respect about it's employees that's relives the pressure in work .

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
