I have no words for organization, ALB management always supported and careing our employees. And I have to seen compeny believe to team work it's good polices, and compeny give to banifits time to time. Because I am also part of al bawani group.

Dislikes

There is every thing is good but i have some doubts, the company employees spent valuable time in company but when they have something arrgent or emergency in home countries why the company asks 2 grater, or take lot of money for security, when that time his need to money in emergency. Company should be think about employees situation, may be in emergency that time family mamber hospitalized, or someone death from family. Because no one wants to go unnecessary travel home countries. 2- second question is compeny give to banifits only that persons how are submitted incriminate paper in HR. And many persons are deprived after hard work, because they don't know compeny policy. Incriminate should be automatically after finish contracts as per work performence. 3-3rd question is many person's are stuck in home countries due to the pandemic disease (covid 19) they try to contact with responsible person by mail or call but responsible person egnor that mail or calls. At list responsible person listion employees problems give him reply, if company need him or not. So employees don't hope with company,they try to others companies....Read More

No Compensation and growth is slow. Appraisal procedures was after completing 2 yrs contract period and that was also not enough's as per the standards. Vacation can only be taken after 2 yrs which was very long period of time.

My work was to Develop,Implement and administrate for Safety Health Hazards. I used to have routine visits on sites to ensure work permits and all the safety measures are been followed on the sites. Recording the analysis of injuries, damages also.
