Working environment is not at all professional. No cafeteria, no area for chilling. They do not care whether you have your lunch in whole day , they just care about work. The more you do work, the more they start to pressurize on work. The only positive point is you learn to work and the location is very soothing.

Dislikes

Politics eat up your mental peace. No work life balance. No respect for your hard work, mental investment and potential.

The regional HR team ignored my queries.

I am proud to working in Loard Krishna's Orgnation and work to social services to food provided to govt school children's and make smiles on it faces so i fell happy to work with The Akshayapatra Foundation. Salary is good and credit on time, Hr sir is very good and cooperative, always stand with all employee
