it is place where you can learn a lot about the curriculum and teaching methodologies and new strategies of teaching and learning and the management will run as per the present scenario and ready to opt for the all new versions of teaching and learning.

Only they should at least cooperate the teachers when they are having some medical issues and unable to work at such conditions by giving them leaves.

Poor salaries. No balance between work and personal life. They cut salary for leaves. They don't allow teacher out of campus for urgent work even it emergency.
