Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.on the job training is given to new joiniees.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
