The company has a good culture where people respect each other. The work life balance is good and people are seldom required to work late in the evenings.

Dislikes

The corporate functions is very poor. The HR, Finance, IT everything needs a complete overhaul.

Work Details

I would certainly recommend people can join this organization. I have worked in firms where everyweek I received resignation mails but here every week we receive mails about people completing 10-15 years in the organization which says a lot.

Non technical teammates have unrealistic expectations. Without asking ETA to developer they will directly give timeline to client. Compulsory third party payroll policy if you are joining below 4 years of experience. Don't wanna expand their technical horizon. Everyone should work anything. Compulsory Work from office.

Company provide opportunities to work on various activities enabling horizontal learning Environment is not toxic, leaders makes sure to be in contact with employees to address their issues and concerns

Dislikes

Quantum of work is less in offshore projects in India as compared to Norway. Although, Company is taking initiatives to increase work upto 90% in india for offshore projects
