Non technical teammates have unrealistic expectations. Without asking ETA to developer they will directly give timeline to client. Compulsory third party payroll policy if you are joining below 4 years of experience. Don't wanna expand their technical horizon. Everyone should work anything. Compulsory Work from office.

I dislike about appraisal cycle and promotion. Its not easy to get promotion or hike during appraisal cycle
