not good they are greedy and not as the name. No stand of trusties and head office workers all are not as standard. Policies are not good.

Work Details

Heavy work load and tension, no govt holidays, no ladies security, transportation for staff not provided. Rules differ every time for person to person.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
