It was an overall good experience working here. The company is growing yearly. There is lot of scope for freshers here. I got to learn lot of things from this organization. I improved my skills and knowledge. The working environment is joyful. My reporting and seniors were helpful. All matters is complete your work at time then no one is going to harm you. Worklife balance is not so good. Its a 9 to 6 job so what do you expect. They should implement new policies for employee benefits which they may do in coming future.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
