Taking all employees as a family member. Think about them also. Have a learning environment for both teacher and student.

Dislikes

Sometimes unnecessary duties may over load the teacher due to that teacher may lacks in her rest of the works.

lot of pressure, even no job security, they dnt give any joining letter coz they will soon discontinue you, specially principal tanushree bhatacharya she didn't listen for any one

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
