1) Salary Increments are not done on yearly basis 2) HR Policies (For eg-: 30 Mins late to work is counted as Half Day)

Working at Ajmal and Sons which is a niche fragrance house is a dream for anyone who is obsessed with Perfumes and the art of it. Company is doing tremendous social work in the field of education and healthcare through its CSR organization ,it feels good to be part of it. Company's Top Level management is exceptionally amazing (specially the Ajmal Family) very kind and down to earth people .

Few managers need to improve a more human connection with the employees .
