1) Work & Personal Life Balance - Working 5 days a week, creates a balance between Work & Personal Life. 2) Supportive Staff & Managers - Collegue & Few Managers are very helpful & supportive. 3) Working Environment 4) Job Security 5) Medical Benefits & Perks 6) Directors / Owner are down to Earth, very helpful & kind.

Working at Ajmal and Sons which is a niche fragrance house is a dream for anyone who is obsessed with Perfumes and the art of it. Company is doing tremendous social work in the field of education and healthcare through its CSR organization ,it feels good to be part of it. Company's Top Level management is exceptionally amazing (specially the Ajmal Family) very kind and down to earth people .

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Few managers need to improve a more human connection with the employees .
