Work environment is average. Teammates are fair supportive. Company policies are also fair.

Dislikes

No timings for faculties.. Evening whatever the time goes we should complete the work and go. Even if it is 9pm..appraisal is not there for faculty. No peaceful environment.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
