One of the worst company I have ever seen, one of the worst management I have ever experienced. employee are nothing for them, no value! Top management doesn’t know how to run retail business, third class strategy. Reason behind all the problems in the company is idiot CEO.

There is no doubt that company is very good, it is group chain of D S Group. Which has a lots of products and many brand. Which is you get in easly the normal market at your near to you. If I would like to talk about the job security it is very tough to decide that your job is secure if you found a littile bit guilty whatever type, you will get fire without warning letter. There is no doubt that there colugeaous and there manager are very good and understanding between them are superb but I am not happy with there management policies and there growth system.

The job is interesting for me because I have come from the same field. But time to time they have change my job location and job role and job categery but didn't provide me any kind of training and salary growth I learn my self as we spend the time .
