Not too good. I have rejoined after 3 years but company polices not upgrade for the plant and machinary . Lot of new systems adopted without any training which falls workers intruste .employee's are working with fatigue and dangerous condition. No proper response for experience persons.work environment is not good.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
