Huge internal politics. You will only survive if you know how to do politics. No one bothers about the TA bills of ASMs, TSIs, the tour expenses & it's actual out come, why ASMs/RM/TSIs need to travel every day. But bothers about Store Team incentives. The average tour bill is fake, few TSIs ask Us to manage fake hotel bill, from local conveyance bill they earn. But mere 5,000- 6,000/- incentives not paid to us even after achieving 90% of Store budget....Read More
