This is the worst company for new joining because old person not give you any increment, because from last four year I have only 4700rs increment in my CTC. Now company cut all type of fee like canteen, bus, uniform but before 3year that all are free from company side. More mentally pressure, politics are upto operator level. Even plant head(VP) and hr head involved in politics at down the level. If any one raise the voice, that is last day in the company of that person because plant head personally threatened and throw out from company. No job security, if any thing wrong then always blame to operator and engineers....Read More

Every thing is dislike in Aisin. I will never join in my future. Japanese not involved in any activity, plant run by Indian lala mentality person. On an average 3 to 4 resign in every month in Aisin plant.
