Contractual Position at NIIT Foundation

I'm planning to join NIIT foundation as a state coordinator but they have offered me contractual role just till March 2025 but assured that contract might get renewed, taking this opportunity was crucial for my career growth so I agreed to it, last organization doesn't offered any growth in 6 years I'm still in same position and a very low salary so I took the offer, please tell me what should I do next if the contract doest get renewed.

The work life balance which I was missing 😔 in my whole professional career before AISECT - This is what I like the most working here. During COVID - 19 lockdown, they were polite and caring but they forced 50% salary cut to all the employees.

Dislikes

There is not a defined process matrix established yet in the system. We have to struggle to initiate and execute every time .

I have gained healthy experience with the AISECT. They have provided a platform to exhibit our own ideas and encourage me all the time.

Dislikes

The Company is employees favourable but job security and salaries are poor. And also they used to conducting training programs yet the time the employees only have to bear all expenses like Transport and Accommodation, it's happens monthly once. Except it remaining is favourable.
