I have been working as a senior graphics designer at AIS Technolabs for over 3 years, and my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The onboarding process was smooth and well-organized, giving me a clear understanding of the company's design principles and workflow. The management was approachable from day one, and tehy made sure I had everything I needed to get started, Including access to top-notch desgin software and equipment. The projects at AIS Technolabs are diverse and challenging, ranging from branding and marekting materials to use interface design for cutting- edge application. This variety has kept my work engaging and has allowed me to constantly refine my skills. One of the things I apprreciate most is the creative freedom I'm given. While there are clear guidelines to ensure quality and consistency, the management encourages us to bring our qnique ideas to the table, which makes me feel like a true contributor rather than just a cog in the machine. Collaboration is another highlight of working here. The design team is made up incredibly talented individuals who are always willing to share their knowledge and provide constructive feedback. Team brainstorming sessions are not only productive but also inspiring, often leading to innovative design solutions that I'm proud to showcase in my portfolio. Regular one-on-one mettings with my manager ensure that my concerns are heard and that I receives the guidance I need to excel.
