1. You have to work for 8 hours including lunch time and tea time and you get to rest for sometime also 2. The company doesn't fires immediately if you do even bigger mistakes, you will get a chance. 3.Biggest plus point is you get good work( amazing incentive) for working on the holiday. 4. The canteen food is simple and nice in taste. Even though it deducts little amount from our salary, the quality is better than most of the companies. 1.Company culture is dominated by local and old workers. 2. You will be forced to do overtime and not just for 2/4 hr but for whole shift meaning 16hr job if you do OT in case if manpower is low. 3. Manpower is low for most of the time. Like 80% times , someone will stay on overtime for sure. During festive and wedding season, the situation is even worse and one person maybe be doing overtime twice or thrice a week. 4. The company forces to do C+A shift which I haven't seen anywhere else. Doing night plus morning shift is seriously bad for health 5. If you are new, you won't be given leaves that easily but the old operators and workers get leaves for like whole week very easily. They don't do overtime for most of the time also. 6. DET doesn't get Salary slip. The stipend is sent via contractor so, there's no transparency in wage system. He may deduct Salary for any reason and you can't guess the reason. 7. The shift changes every week. Totally destroys the routine of an individual. No fix time for bathing, eating, sleeping....Read More
