Inspiration from some senior managers, food service available

Pathetic environment if I am working 1 year extra for their company they haven't valued. Also some time we feel about unsecurity about the job.overall the company good for the work. We can work and we can learn too but the toxic managers and TL ,I am suggesting that if you are willing to work in AIS please set your mind for the torture of your TL. A bad politics plays every where so it is too here. Some people are very toxic like mehul Gandhi please stay away from this person. Here also appraisal value is not more than 1000 to 1500 and it's not basic expansion they will increase your HRA this is not beneficial. They allow to leave company with 60 days notice period this is not globally accepted because the terms of AIS is not highly basis and not disclose to employees as well also they will not provide salary slip to employees on their email id every month and if we demanded they won't help us.
