Arguably the worst organisation to work in considering there are no employee benefits other than a postpaid sim card that comes with a max limit. Coming to cons, I can mention end number of them but let's settle at a few: 1) Horrible culture that starts with micromanagement and ends with calls on Sunday morning with commands (not requests) to work on random issues and requirements. 2) No one cares about quality of development and wants features to be delivered within hours without proper testing and release plan. 3) Every team faces comparison from other teams despite the fact that actual problem lies in the senior officials who work like daily wage workers. 4) Flexibility - what is that? You get paid to come 5 days in office and spend 9 hours daily without expecting a single moment of gratitude. 5) Every small request is met with personal comments/insults by HR and managers who have teamed up to make every employee's life a living hell. 6) They can't fix a coffee machine and that's why we cannot expect a working infra either which has zero support for developers. 7) Pollution, rain, earthquake, fire or tornado should not stop you from arriving into office to earn the daily wage. Work culture is very toxic. You have to work sat and Sunday, micromanagement is at peak.You have to complete your 9 hours minimum. Manager and Director and their senior doesn't have family so they will treat you like you also doesn't have. Your personal life will be destroyed.

1. Sometimes you have to work after office hours 2. No increment/appraisal (even after good performance, because no one cares) 3. Focus on micromanagement! 4. Lack of professionalism 5. Old tech stacks and no growth 6. TPM's are of old mindset, they focus on blaming and under playing the team (not knowing the technical details is big challenge for them, I think) 7. Just interested in strictly implementing work from office and in office itself people just wastes time as the organisation cannot even provide basic infrastructure like good internet and extended screens to do your work. 2.
