I dint like working here because of my bosses.

My bosses weren't supportive to me instead my immediate boss was competitive and very ugly manager. Ganesh Rajkumar was insecure and illogical. He dint possess neither good technical knowledge nor the managerial skills. He never assisted on any work assignments and always intend to push for the results and fight at a times. Many whoworked under him left company because of his attitude. My next boss in the hierarchy was Krzysztof who is a buffoon of Ganesh. He blindly follows him as they sat devil minds are alike. The pay they offer is terrible, and there is no respect to the experience and the knowledge someone posses. Never recommend this to anyone....Read More

Depends on Team and your tech Lead and project Lead. For Bangalore office its quite good, very small workplace, cool environment, people are quit supportive. You will really enjoy with your good team mates.

1-> Some project leads are non-technical which might put you in great trouble as the won't able to understand your coding level, requirements, test cases, prerequisites etc.. and they expect it to be done in a week timeline without any deep understanding. 2-> Some of them want you to do what they want without any sense of humor.
