Documentation method and software needs serious updates for faster document retrieval, this is a trivial point considering access to all project documents by default, whereas compared to competitors you cannot access documents of other projects.

1. Lot of favourism. Only manager's friends , colleagues get higher salary grwoth. No parity in salaries at all. 2. Managers are very third class , takes revenge on employees by intentionally keeping salary growth stagnated , doesnt support all employees equally. 3. Have to ask many times for small helps , its mentally draining.
