We don't like working at Gayatri Private Limited because Gayatri have no HR Policy Management level is very poor. Salary increment is very poor. As per commitment no working on the management.

Honestly, except food and work timings, which is avg. there is pretty much nothing to be told about.

Almost everything... specially salary is never on time.. after working for 3months, you can hope for a month salary, that too is not even sure.

It's a very bad and non-communication organisation . It's true and fact for that I had employee in that organisation before some month, it's a sequrity purpose based company, no growth, no response and no responsibility of any employee by the admin department, all order passed from the director of sign including one cup of tea expenses also . Such a corruption organisation, no security money refund when your time period should be done, no increment should be done after completing 1 yr , every polish is applicable for this organisation, including salary is not credited properly. Such a bad and bad organisation. No one please join this organisation. Please don't give your time to this type of organisation. Please don't join before taking about small things in letter pad of this organisation otherwise you lost everything....Read More
