5 days working, 8.5 hours workday. Paid leave on employee's birthday Good work culture, good projects.

This company is still rapidly growing, so a proper structure is missing. This is good for a startup. No separate sick leaves. Lack of communication from reporting manager. Salary insufficient for Mumbai location.

1. No induction/product training to employees. 2. No proper support in case there arises any problem in market with retailers/distributors. 3. No proper support if payment of customers / retailers get stuck. 4. They sell swipe machines and other at very high price as compared to prices of other companies in the market. 5. The keep salary of ground sales employees on hold in the very first month, if targets are not met, which is very terrible and unfortunate....Read More

The salary is put on hold in the first month itself. If you do not achieve the target, you do not get the Salary. The manager's way of talking is not good. There is no support from HR. The device is delivered in 2 months after billing. Till then there is no hearing. Totally Hurrashment Don't join
