This company is still rapidly growing, so a proper structure is missing. This is good for a startup. No separate sick leaves. Lack of communication from reporting manager. Salary insufficient for Mumbai location.

Even though Airpay system is future oriented , it's not handled or updated with properly. Technical team is not working dedicatedly leading to more work and pressure on entire airpay team.

The salary is put on hold in the first month itself. If you do not achieve the target, you do not get the Salary. The manager's way of talking is not good. There is no support from HR. The device is delivered in 2 months after billing. Till then there is no hearing. Totally Hurrashment Don't join
