It's a worst experience of my life. It's a hell for every employee. No work culture, no salary, no growth, false commitments, job security zero. Moreover, when you leave the organisation you are not compensated.

Nothing about it is good. No one should join I do not recommend

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. There is full job security from employer side. Work culture is good and company is also very supportive helping employees for their personal issues as well. its good for learning point of view from well experienced people from all department.

I have joined this company 3rd time , and whenever i asked my management to give me an opportunity , they have always supported. Being female , they have also provide me work from home in some unavoidable conditions. Work life balance is good.
