Company is very good but i specifically comments this for attention to company that the security of the company is world's no 1 third class security (Pune Plant). This is not security they are watchmens.I think this statement insulting Watchmens.but this is the truth.

Supporting of each of employees are perfect, during work , safety culture of Air liquide is real excellent, learning in this office is higher level as usual

IT Support is too poor, every process is of invoicing is rule less, the finance person can anytime creat any rule any time as per their convenient, in facility management there is very toxic working environment, no one is following the rules just rules are prepared in paper only,

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
