This Air Liquide was earlier Lurgi company. Lurgi is one of the best in technology licensing company. In lurgi the learning of skills is very very good. Learning and innovation was always encouraged in lurgi. For learning and work life balance it is one of the best company in this sector.

Very poor work culture. Too much politics in office. Incapable people have been kept in high ranked position through internal politics. organisation structure is reverse pyramid.
