Safe environment to work...In safety point of view

HR management is very poor,do not behave nicely to the employee who resigned.Do not relieve the employee before 3 months of without any single leave notice period..This is terrible... Employees who is looking forward to improve his career,They forcefully not let to go any of employees after resignation. An neither do his clearance of money till 45 days... Despite completed the 3 months of notice period . They do cut the bonus as well in the name of Nominal bonus...If you Resign in the month of sep-oct ,you will lost your half of bonus...Just because u resigned....Read More
