Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The salary is on time. Flying with the crew members including Cabin Crew & Pilots is wonderful, they are cooperative and supportive. Being a CC You get to work with people across different states which becomes a learning experience.

Dislikes

The administration team is horrible. Some of them have already got themselves into training department before privatization, The Senior Crew members who have been flying right from inception of the company are taken over by these less experienced and corrupt Admin staff who have by support of higher authorities acquired higher positions which they don't deserve.
