Learnt practically the technical concept and basic principles of all biomedical Equipment's. Specially its Electronic designed and it's application. I am handling all biomedical Equipment's including lVD,Radiology,imagive,nicu,ot,and gynic instruments. Learnt practically it's diagnose and fault finding after the break down and is precure and Repairing concepts.

Dislikes

They are provided convenience in advance but need more flexibility and modifications in convenience.Because mostly i buses are unable while working in village are including food facilities.Only transportation facilities should be revised.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
