Everything is good there.except lack of proper safety of stuffs in DDR.As cash was stolen from mine and colleague's purse.Also the sulabh workers also share DDR that is really very uncomfortable there.

AIIMS is an apex institute. The greatest advantage is the vast variety of patients that as resident we get to see. The facilities are up to the mark. Salary is similar to other delhi colleges, which is pretty good. Work environment is very healthy in most of tge departments. There's ample opportunities for research.

Dislikes

The only problem that i can pin point is the amount of work, which can be a bit much sometimes. But it's still less as compared to other peripheral colleges.

Work Details

As an senior resident, my work entails routine ot duties and emergency duties, once every week. Emergency duties are night duties. I get to see a wide variety of cases. The faculty members are very supportive and the work environment is quite friendly.

Being non academic resident,you won't be able to learn as academic residents for sure.
