Lot of typist work data entry, Irritating nursing staff No respect for duty doctors Not even clinical admin respect their DMO No reasonable salary Corporate labour. No holidays they will say that we can use casual leave sick leave there will be comb offs also but we can't use them

Dislikes

No humanity, we are human beings not a computer or machines to work if we sick also, it is not possible know. No encouragement for team work.

Dislikes

CTVS department has disproportionate workload and the timings are skewed. Difficult to organize our personal time and work life balance
