After my last contract I had taken long vacation, because I was planning to learn German language B1 level under Goethe Institute. After completion of the course Aida gave me a slot in Prima. But due to covid-19 I couldn’t join.But still the company is trying to take the crews onboard as soon as possible.It feels a real pleasure ,that Aida is looking forward to take care the crew as well.

Aida is good company taking care of their employees, only onboard management is not good.

Dislikes

No time limits for working hours, doing parcalati according to you nationality. Pramotion also depand on management and they give pramotion only to their nationality people l. And if you complain, they will start to give you hard time.
